Terms of Service.

Welcome to House of Recovery. By booking an appointment or receiving treatments at our sanctuary in Worksop, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Booking & Payments
All recovery sessions must be booked through our official booking platform hosted by SumUp. Full payment or valid course authorization is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. All prices are published on the website in Pounds Sterling (£).
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We respect your time and ask that you respect ours. We enforce a strict 24-hour cancellation policy:
- If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, you must do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled session.
- Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment will result in the loss of the session fee or deduction of one credit from a prepaid course.
- Prepaid courses (such as the Course of 5 for Body Ballancer or Course of 4 for the Tesla Chair) are non-refundable and must be utilized within 12 months from the date of purchase.
3. Health & Client Responsibility
House of Recovery offers clinical, results-driven protocols. Certain treatments (including the Tesla Pelvic Floor Chair, Contrast Therapy, and Body Ballancer compression) have strict medical contraindications.
- It is your absolute responsibility to declare all medical conditions, implants, surgeries, pregnancies, or medications during booking and your initial consultation.
- If you present with contraindications that prevent a session from proceeding safely, we reserve the right to refuse treatment.
4. Arrival & Punctuality
Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals will result in a shortened treatment time so that succeeding clients are not delayed. The full session fee remains applicable.
5. Liability
We provide wellness protocols designed to support physical recovery and skin health. Our services are not a substitute for professional medical diagnosis or treatment. We accept no liability for personal injury, loss, or damage unless caused directly by our negligence or failure of our equipment.
6. Clinic Environment
House of Recovery is a disciplined, quiet workspace. We ask that all clients silence their mobile phones and respect the privacy and quiet of others during their visits.
